The unit I stayed in did not face the beach, but I knew that going in. I loved that it had tile floors throughout. Didn't have to worry about the sand getting into carpet. The unit was very clean and had little thoughtful items such as books to read, games, etc. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Be prepared to wash your own towels...they don't do that for you. Washer and dryer on each floor.(pay to use). I was in direct contact with the unit owner a couple of times and she was great to work with. I would stay there again.

Your place was absolutely lovely. The cleanliness and furnishings were a delight. We had a wonderful time. Did not use the pool much,(many children) but went to the beach often. Your beach umbrella and chair came in very handy. Although we did not dine at Salt Rock Grill, next door, (little pricey), we thoroughly enjoyed JD's down the road. Hope to come again. Gail

Relaxing in the sun

The location of the apartment was great. Taking the stairs it was only 20 seconds to the beach. The parking space was covered so the car didn't bake in the sun.

Tony V. Jul 18, 2011 "Had a wonderful time and definately will be back!" The condo was clean and spacious. The beach was wonderful and never crowded. I feel the value is unmatched. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for less than some hotels. We will definately return to this location again.


Erica Mar 28, 2011 "Great alternative Spring Break!!!" My girlfriends and I wanted to get away for Spring Break, but didn't want the insanity of Daytona. We were looking to relax, get a tan, enjoy some seafood, and just enjoy ourselves! We really enjoyed the local restaurants - especially PJs and Crabby Bill's. It was a lot of fun to enjoy drinks and sit down near the pool at sunset, too. We even drove up to St. Pete for an evening out! The condo was great value for the price and very comfortable. It had everything we needed!!!

The unit we were in was very attractive and well supplied with anything you might possibly need. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly guests and personnel. Even the weather was great. And, oh those morning sunrises.


Tim Krile Jan 28, 2011 "relaxing" My wife and I traveled with friends. We rented a 2 bedroom condo. The room was spacious and clean. The neighbors and guests were friendly. The location was close to restuarants and attractions. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to relax.

The condo was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved that wireless Internet, especially on the balcony and at the pool. We will definitely be back next year!

I loved that the building is on the beach - and the condo itself has a beautiful view of a natural park. The condo was spacious; the office was friendly and helpful; the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a VCR with the TV in the living space. Each bedroom had it's own TV. Truly it was a wonderful experience.

" Great Family Vacation, Loved the Beach, Comfortable Condo" We had one of our very best vacations at this comfortable condo on Indian Shores fantastic beach. Not your usual touristy beach and area, we found ourselves relaxing on the beach and enjoying terrific restaurants. We rented jet skis at a marina close by the condo and also went fishing on this long pier that we walked to the middle of the gulf on. We were even able to rent the fishing equipment there, since we hadn't brought any with us. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the big heated pool and being right on the beach. We spent every night watching the sunset over the gulf and took tons of pictures. We definitely will come back and stay here again!

" Loved our week in Indian Shores"
We have stayed at this Condo more than once and have found the ideal vacation spot for my grown daughters and myself. The beach is beautiful ...long and walkable...lots of wave action..sunsets out our door...
The furnishings and layout of the Condo are perfect for a family..Comfortable, lots of room , well supplied.2 bedroom two bath.
I love that the pool is on one side of the building and the beach the other which helps to manage your day of sun.
Many restaurants and places to explore while you are there. Go to John's pass and up to Clearwater. Catch a Sox game in Tampa. Lots to do or do nothing but relax. Management staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Had a great stay!!!

The condo was great. Everything you could possibly need was there. From laundry detergent to water toys and plentiful towels. The decor was great too!

We have stayed in several different condos over the years and I have to say that we really enjoyed the comforts offered in this condo and building. It is one of the largest 2-bedroom condos we have stayed in and the layout is great because the living space is very open and bright. The furniture, especially the sofas and beds, were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space for all our stuff. We used the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and all the appliances worked just fine (which we have found to not always be the case when renting condos and houses). We loved the pool, which was heated to just the right temperature and all the other guests were very friendly and it made it a great vacation for our family. The beach is right there when you come out of the building and that was the best part of all!! Definitely will stay here again next time.


Jared Allen Jan 16, 2010 "Great Weather + Great Condo = Great Vacation" We've been going to Indian Shores with our family for years, and it's been sort of hit & miss on the places we've stayed. That's no longer an issue, as Beth was knowledgeable, completely honest, and her condo was terrific. We'll be going back next year, and we'll be renting the same condo again, hopefully for many years!

What a Great Florida getwaway!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nites and this condo overlooking the intracoastal was terrific! The beds were really comfortable and the comfortable beds and couches rated very high with us. Much more comfortable the the usual rattan couches in most condos! The kitchen was well-stocked and we will most definitely go back!


bsl1106 Dec 7, 2009 "Great Family Vacation Area - Loved the Condo!!" This was our first vacation in the Indian Shores area and we just fell in love with it. We spent most of our time on the beach in Indian Shores, but also visited Clearwater Beach and this area that Beth (the owner of the condo)recommended at the end of the barrier island called Pass-a-Grille, which is part of St. Pete Beach. The kids loved climbing around on the rocks and collected the most beautiful seashells. The beach itself in Indian Shores is much nicer than down there, but if you want to collect some awesome seashells to bring home from your trip, I definitely recommend checking out that area. The condo was comfortable, very tastefully furnished, and really had everything we needed. My daughter has allergies so it was great that it was all tiled floors, and no musty, sandy carpeting to deal with. The beds were very comfortable, which we really appreciated, because we often find that the beds in condos and hotels are either too hard or too soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and that was good because we did cook in a couple of nights to save some money eating out. Overall a great vacation and I would recommend this condo for a comfortable place to stay.


Queenquality Oct 27, 2009 "Wonderful family vacation!!!" This condo was a great value with nice amenities with them having family in mind. I'am looking forward to going again in 2010, it was alot of fun. It is close to everything and truly a home away from home.

We had a great time at a great price at Indian Shores. My 9 year daughter met plenty of friends, as did I. The stingrays were in full force, but with a pair of water shoes and a little "shuffle" - we managed to dodge them. Parking was a slight issue (if you have more than one car) but luckily the public "self-pay" parking lot across the street had broken meters! The condo was very clean and was complete with all the comforts of home. Only thing lacking was beach towels... I didn't think to pack them. Overall, we had an awesome time. I will recommend this property to others. We look forward to our next trip!

May is a wonderful time to visit Pinellas County. The gulf temperature was perfect, weather great and restaurants not too crowded. Holiday Villa’s II has good size rooms and enjoyable pool. We consider this a very relaxing vacation!

This was the third year that me and my family have stayed in the Indian Shores area - but the first year that we did it right!! Our accommodations were first class all the way. The condo was roomy and decorated in a family friendly way. We did not want for anything, and were very impressed at how well the grounds and pool were maintained. We hope it is the beginning of a long relationship for us!

We gave them little advance notice and we reserved these accomomdation after the 1st of February for the last 2 weeks of February and had a great time. Condo was adequate for our needs and if the occasion should arise would return to Holiday Villa 2.

We rented another condo owened by the same people on the other side of the building over looking the Intra Costal Waterway. Excellent value accomodation, very helpful on-site staff. Condo was very clean and exactly what we had been led to beleive it would be - perfect for a family with young children. We hope to return again next year.
