Policies and Information


Reservations:
Reservations for My Indian Shores Condo can be made by calling 201-261-4197, seven days a week 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, EST. At least one guest staying in the condo must be a minimum of 25 years old and provide a picture I.D. upon check-in.

Accommodations:
My Indian Shores Condo is individually owned. Our condominium is uniquely furnished and fully equipped. Our spacious 1100 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony that offers breathtaking sunrises over Tiki Garden, a lovely county park directly across the street on Gulf Blvd. The building has Wi-Fi high speed Internet accessible from all condos, balconies, pool/deck and BBQ/picnic areas. Keys are picked up at the onsite management office.

Pet/Smoking Policy:
Please - No Pets and No smoking in condo.

Minimum Length of Stay:
During high season and holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day) a seven-night minimum rental is required. During middle and low seasons a four-night minimum rental is required.

Reservation Deposit:
A 25% deposit ($200 minimum) is required to confirm a reservation. Credit card deposits can be made by calling (201-261-4197).

Cancellation and Deposit Refund:
Deposit is refundable (less a $100 cancellation charge) up to 45 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival forfeit the entire deposit unless optional travel insurance has been purchased. Full payment is required 30 days before arrival date.

Security Deposit:
On arrival, guests are asked to provide a VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express imprint for a security deposit.

Rental Payment:
30 days prior to the arrival date. All payments must be made in US funds. Travelers checks, cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. Proper identification is required by Florida Law.

Check-In:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arrival before 4:00 PM, please notify our management office in advance. Every effort will be made to prepare your accommodations for an early arrival. However, we do not guarantee availability before 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, guests should inspect the condo for any damage or maintenance requirements and report those items to the front desk immediately.

Check-Out:
Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. Additional charge for late checkout. Arrangements must be made, based on availability, for late checkout.

Key Deposit:
No key deposit is required. There is a $50 (plus tax) charge for each lost key. There is a $25 charge for after office hours lockouts.

Telephone and Internet:
The phone number in our condo is (727) 517-1280 and there is no charge for unlimited local calls. Long distance calls require a Calling Card. A public phone is located in the parking garage. Fax and copying services are available in the Management Office. Free high speed Internet access is provided.

Housekeeping Service:
One setup of linen and towels is provided at arrival and will be changed every seven days. Extra linen and towels are available at the Management Office for a fee. Extra trash bags are available at no additional charge.

Laundry Facilities:
Laundry facilities are located on each floor adjacent to the elevator. Laundry hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Change for the laundry machines is available in the Management Office.

Trash Removal:
Trash should be removed from the condo on a daily basis. Trash chutes are located on the exterior wall near the laundry room.

Maintenance Service:
My Indian Shores Condo provides a full time maintenance staff. Please report any maintenance needs to the Management Office. Routine maintenance requests are completed between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After office hours emergency phone number is posted next to the Management Office door.

Pool Rules:
Please abide by the rules posted in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No floats or belly boards are allowed in the pool. All persons, regardless of age, must wear a bathing suit. Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool. Stereos, radios or televisions are not allowed unless used with earphones. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.

Day Guests:
Day guests are permitted to visit. All guests must register in the Management Office. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed without notice.

Parking:
One assigned parking permit is provided for each condominium. Please hang parking permit on rear view mirror. Additional parking is available at Tiki Park, across the street from My Indian Shores Condo. Daily parking passes (24 hour limit) at Tiki Park are available at the Indian Shores Police Department. The Police Department is located in the Town Hall, one half mile south of My Indian Shores Condo. Boats, trailers and other watercrafts are not permitted. Local marinas offer short and long term storage. Vehicles without parking permits will be towed at owner's expense without notice.
